  • +booked at 4.30pm as previous plans had fallen through, the host called me at 5pm to confirm, and explain everything about collecting the keys, and then again spoke to talk me through all the appliances, hot water, etc. brilliant communication, and lovely well located apartment. will use again when visiting with family, as plenty big enough for a family of four.
