Terms of Use

1. Privacy
When you browse our site we respect and guarantee your privacy. We don't collect any personal data or we don't install any harmful software on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) - cookies, spy- or spamware.

2. Reservations
Alhough off-line bookings are also possible, we prefer booking to be made on-line by our reservation platform. All personal data collected during reservation process will be stored safely by us and it will be used only for statistical purposes. The data will not be exchanged with any other third party. All reservations (except in the last minute) should be prepaid in time (up to 2-3 working days) in order to be confirmed. Reservations paid on-line by our reservation system need also to be confirmed by us.

3. Accommodation

  • Check-in: 14:00 - 20:00, Check-out: before 11:00. Contact us to confirm if any other time is possible,
  • Taxes for late Check-out: 12:00 - 16:00 - 50% of the daily room/apartment price, after 16:00 - 100% of the daily price,
  • All amount of the reservation should be paid in the day of accommodation,
  • Non-appearance: If you don't come in the first day of your reservation, your reservation is cancelled and any prepayment made will be lost,
  • After check-in changes to your reservation period are not possible (except extension),
  • All apartments are non-smoking - smoking is allowed only at the balconies,
  • Pets are not allowed,
  • Alcohol or sex tourists are not welcome. Any suspected criminal activity immediately will be reported to the police,
  • Furniture rearrangement is undesirable,
  • Any damage (over 20€) should be reported to us immediately,
  • The apartments are self-catering. We can offer additional paid cleaning if necessary,
  • There is no final cleaning tax. But for very dirty apartment we will charge you 20€ (wash dishes, empty garbage cans, etc.),
  • Paid but unused days (except prepayment) can be rebooked for free in a period of 1 year (depending on availability).

4. Copyright
All material on our site (images, text, video, etc.) is copyrighted. Written permission is required in order to be reproduced elsewhere in any form.
