Established in 2007 with the sole purpose to provide stylish, spacious and comfortable apartments & rooms for short and longer stay at central locations in Sandanski (Bulgaria) and at affordable prices, now we continue further to improve our services in order to meet even strictest requirements of our guests.
During the years we have realized that most of our guests are families with small or bigger children which allows us to add more useful options for them (washing machines, fully equiped kitchens with all kitchenware, baby cots, etc.) in order to feel like at home.
Because of the natural healing climate in Sandanski many of our guests come with diseases of the respiratory organs like asthma, different type of allergies, etc. That is why we secured home environment with absolute minimum of allergens, dust and bacteria. Our furnishing is specially designed and consists of air-conditioners, matresses, pillows, etc. which doesn't adsorb allergens and bacteria:
- Anti-allergen matresses, pillows and blankets,
- Special air conditioners with anti-bacterial and anti-allergen filters, with generator of negative ions,
- Vacuum-cleaners with HEPA-filters,
- Floor surfaces not absorbing dust and easy to clean (apartments only),
- Limited use of syntetic chemical compounds during cleaning process,
- + many more other special measures.
The prices for our spacous apartments & rooms are more than affordable. In spite of that we can offer you even lower prices if you choose to stay longer.
We always do care about the environment - all our electric appliencies (AC, lighting, washing machine, fridge, etc.) consume minimal amount of energy (and water). Hot water in all rooms and most of the apartments comes from the sun energy.
